Payment Policy

Two ways to pay: UPI, or Cash on Delivery. There is no third option on this site, and prices
already include GST.

UPI

Pay from any UPI application on your phone against the collect request or QR shown at checkout. The order is
confirmed once the payment succeeds. If money leaves your account and the order does not appear, do not pay again
— send us the UPI reference number and we will trace it. A failed or duplicated UPI payment is returned to
the source account.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the delivery person when the carton reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready; carriers rarely carry
change for a large order. Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes and on most orders; where it is not
available, the checkout will say so before you confirm.

What we will never ask for

  • Card numbers, CVV or expiry dates — we do not accept cards at all.
  • Your UPI PIN, an OTP, or a bank password. No genuine payment ever needs those given to a seller.
  • Payment to a personal account or a number sent by message. Payment happens at checkout or at the door,
    nowhere else.

Prices and tax

The Glass Gallery is registered under GST, GSTIN
27AHSPJ9248A1Z2. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST, so the figure printed beside a mirror is the whole
amount payable and nothing labelled tax is added at checkout. A GST tax invoice is available on request —
ask when you order, or write in afterwards with the order number.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. We do not price in any other currency and we do not ship outside India, so
there are no conversion charges, customs duties or import fees on an order from this site.

Tax invoice

A GST tax invoice showing GSTIN 27AHSPJ9248A1Z2 is available on request for any order. Ask at the time
of ordering, or write to studio@glassgallery.shop afterwards with the order number.
