What size goes where
Mirror sizes are quoted in inches, height first. This is the rule of thumb we use when someone calls to ask.
- 12–20 inch
- Accent pieces: a shelf ledge, an entryway nook, or a rented room where a large fixing is a problem.
- 22–30 inch
- The working size. Wide enough to use properly above a single basin without swallowing the wall.
- 32–36 inch
- A mirror this size becomes the object in the room. Fix into masonry or a stud, not a plug alone.
- Irregular shapes
- An asymmetric outline has a fixed top and bottom; it does not rotate. The listed figures are the widest and tallest points.
