- Before ordering: the wall height and width, what sits below it, and whether the wall is
masonry, plasterboard or tile. That is usually enough to answer the question in one reply. - About an order: the order number and the email used at checkout.
- Damage in transit: photographs of the carton as it arrived and of the mirror, sent within
48 hours of delivery. - A return: the order number and what is wrong. Returns run for
10 days from delivery.
