These terms cover the use of this website and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you
accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may
decline an order — and refund it in full if it was prepaid — where a piece is out of stock, where a
price or description was published in error, where an address cannot be confirmed, or where the order appears
fraudulent.

Prices and product information

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect
an order already confirmed. Dimensions, materials and finishes are taken from the manufacturer specification for
each piece. Colour on a screen is not a colour standard, and finishes such as antique gold, rattan and solid wood
vary from piece to piece by their nature.

Delivery, returns and payment

Delivery times, shipping charges and the reporting window for transit damage are set out in the
Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the
Return and Refund Policy, cancellations by the
Cancellation Policy, and accepted payment methods by the
Payment Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Use of this website

The text, layout and product descriptions on this site were written for it and belong to The Glass Gallery.
You may not copy them for commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised
access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods described, in the condition described, and for putting right a
damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied item as set out in the return policy. We are not responsible for the
installation. Fixing a mirror to a wall is a job with real weight involved, and the choice of anchor, the state of
the wall and the work itself are outside our control. Where an installation is beyond your experience, use a
professional.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at
Thane, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to
it.

Tax

Registered under GST, GSTIN 27AHSPJ9248A1Z2. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST, so nothing
labelled tax is added separately at checkout; a GST tax invoice is available on request.
